The co-founder and co-owner of True Blue & Associates, Nathan Greenwood is a multi-skilled entrepreneur with a diverse background in international business, trading, product development, retail / wholesale, sales management, as well as construction and real estate development. He has built and managed three start-up businesses, successfully generating over $1M in revenue within the first year of each company. As the founder and co-owner of Step Solutions, a sourcing and product development company, Nathan is excited to use this asset to keep sourced material costs down for TrueBlue projects. Additionally, Nathan has a plethora of construction knowledge, as his family has been in the building trade for thirty years, and he spent four years as co-owner of Superior Homes and Development. Nathan’s forward thinking and creative mind coupled with his drive and dedication make him an excellent leader who will help the TrueBlue team achieve greatness.
Charles Stockton is the co-founder and co-owner of True Blue & Associates. Charles received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture followed by his Masters of Architecture from Lawrence Tech University. He then went on to the University of Michigan for his Masters of Programming of Architecture. Charles has 15 years of experience managing building construction and architecture projects of various scopes. He has worked across the country and overseas on both residential and commercial projects of numerous scales. His skills include schematic design, design development, master planning, project coordination and scheduling, space planning, facilities management, construction supervision, contract document production, and cost estimating. Charles is a conscientious and diligent design professional that solves difficult problems and is attentive to detail. He enjoys designing creative, exciting spaces, and incorporating cost-effective solutions.
Kyle Swenor grew up around the construction trades, and began building homes for his summer job as a teen. He went on to get his degree in Construction Management and Architectural Technology from Northern Michigan University. Since 2006 he has grown from a Project Engineer to a Project Executive, and he has managed several hundred-million dollars of commercial construction projects including dwelling units, churches, private schools, class A office buildings and private clubhouses, along with residential construction experience interspersed within that same time frame.
